The Association of Language Companies (the ALC) will hold a CEO Roundtable in Coral Gables, Florida, on January 19, 2005. The program, which includes lunch, provides an opportunity for senior executives and owners of language service companies to get together with representatives of the ALC to discuss issues relating to the current state of the language industry in the US, as well as how to improve their own bottom line.

 

The ALC will hold its 3rd Annual Conference, Strategies for Growth, June 15-18, 2005, in Pasadena, California. The conference will feature presentations and discussions covering sales and marketing techniques, operations and management issues, and technology topics pertaining to the language industry. The conference will feature an exhibition hall for attendees to learn about products and services being offered to the language industry. In addition, several preconference workshops are being planned which will include more extensive training and information sessions.
